The appointee will ensure accuracy and integrity of seafarers records and documentation management. • Evaluate performance of the CEO together with the board and address short and long term development needs via coaching.
• Proactively manage the risks the company is facing and take necessary measures to maximize shareholder value even under difficult business circumstances.
• Foster effective relations with governmental bodies, related local authorities and community and international Oil&Gas community.
• Develop Oil&Gas Business organization to the highest international standards in line with strategic, commercial, legal and financial needs for flawless execution.
• Plan, attract, recruit and develop best local and international talent for short and long term needs of the business.
• Identify and capture new world-class projects for future development, or projects that add significant value to existing operations.
• Develop and manage strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions to create shareholder value.

Required Skills/Experience: • BSc in Engineering or equivalent. Higher academic or professional qualification (MBA/PhD) is preferred.
• At least-20 years of multi-disciplinary industry experience spanning business administration, work flow processes evaluation, continuous improvement practices, quality management, and project management, preferably with worldwide integrated oil companies with minimum 10 years at managerial position.
• Strong Techno-Commercial background.
• Cultural understanding of Caspian Region is advantageous.
